In 2018 the very popular name Andrew, ranked the 43rd Most Popular Boys Name in the United States.

Presently one of the top 50 most popular, Andrew has been a top 100 placer since the Social Security Administration began keeping records in 1880.

Its highest popularity RANKING of #5 was reached for the first time in 1988 and as recently as 2003.

But, the greatest number of babies were given the name in 1987 with 36,206 occurrences.

To safeguard privacy, the SSA does not include names with less than 5 occurrences.
