The name was bestowed upon the greatest number of babies in 2015 with 19,635 occurrences.

In any year, the least number of babies named Noah was 46 in 1904.

Decidely upward trends in the number of babies given the name Noah occurred roughly during the years 1907-1916, 1939-1942, 1965-1971, 1972-1975, 1976-1982, 1988-1999, 2004-2007, and 2010-2014, whereas unequivocal downward movement occurred about 1982-1986.
