Week 20, marks the halfway point in your pregnancy.
You may begin to feel your baby's first movements, also known as quickening.
Your baby's delicate skin will be protected by a greasy coating known as vernix caseosa.
By the end of this week, your baby will be about 6.5 inches or 160 millimeters in length from crown to rump and weigh almost 11 ounces or 320 grams.
