Pregnancy Week 27
Week 27 marks the end of the second trimester.
The baby is growing quickly and is approximately three times the length it was at 12 weeks.
As your pregnancy progresses you may begin to notice a shortness of breath.
This is caused by having pressure put on your diaphragm and lungs by your expanding uterus.
You may also experience frequent urination as additional pressure will be put on the stomach, bladder and kidneys as well.
